The purpose of the program is to assist our customers in the key issues that need to be addressed to eliminate, reduce or transfer risk. Fire Safety Quality Control Our AAA program consists of two separate sections: a fire safety quality control program and a casualty loss control program. The fire safety program establishes the current state of fire safety quality control and helps set a vision for the future, while the casualty loss control program establishes the status of the client’s casualty loss control program and assists the client in establishing and maintaining a well documented and effective program. This format allows for easy understanding of your relative performance and also allows for inter-firm comparison. Performance Measurement AAA is a fire safety and casualty performance measurement program. Four ratings are provided ranging from SD (serious deficiency) to AAA (best in class). Individual ratings are provided for each area reviewed and an overall rating is provided for a particular site. The activity necessary for upgrading in each area is clearly defined. The factors reviewed in the AAA report, particularly in the fire safety quality control program, are crucial to our capacity and price calculations.
